Mr von Schirnding is a board-level executive with over 25 years’ experience in the natural resources sector. Previously, he was the CEO of Asia Resource Minerals plc (formerly Bumi plc), a FTSE listed mining company, where he played a significant role in restructuring the group. He was also Deputy Chairman of Berau Coal, one of Indonesia’s largest coal producers. Prior to Berau, Mr von Schirnding was a senior executive at Anglo American plc and De Beers, where he worked for over 20 years. He is currently an Executive Chairman of Arc Minerals Limited, a UK listed company and Chairman of Fodere Group, a private mining company. Mr von Schirnding has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Cape Town.

Mr. de Salis has over 30 years' experience in financial services. He began his career at Schroders Unit Trust Ltd and then later at J.P. Morgan Investment Management. After a period at Weber Shandwick, he founded St Brides Partners Ltd, advising listed companies on investor relations with a focus on natural resources. He also founded Ragnar Capital Partners LLP, an FCA-regulated corporate finance boutique, and Lepanto Consultancy Ltd, which provides strategic advice to entrepreneurial and small-cap listed businesses. Mr. de Salis' extensive experience, spanning capital markets, investor relations, and corporate governance, is complemented by a broad network across the investment and advisory community.

Mr Muller is a mining executive and professional geologist with global experience across the resources value chain. He has held senior leadership roles with private and publicly listed mining companies, including Managing Director of Anglo Platinum Brazil, COO of Jangada, and Managing Director of Pedra Branca Minerals. He is currently Vice President, Technical, at Bravo Mining and provides advisory and technical services to resource companies through Geminas Advisory. He holds a BSc in Geology from Stellenbosch University, a postgraduate certificate from the University of São Paulo, and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Afrikaans.

Mr Azevedo is a Brazil-focused businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate leadership, governance and administration across listed and private companies, with a strong focus on the mining sector. He is Managing Director of Smart Lithium Resources Ltda, overseeing a large-scale lithium exploration portfolio in Brazil, and serves as Corporate Secretary (Brazil) for Bravo Mining Corp. Mr. Felipe has significant operational experience in the design and execution of exploration programs, covering contractor management, drilling, permitting, land access, reporting and HSE/ESG compliance. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
